All studio seni products are handmade and made to order. As each piece is carefully crafted and accurately described on the product listing, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that you receive an item that is significantly different from what was described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@studioseni.co.uk with your order number and photos.
